CYCLING INTO SOOKE

From Vancouver, hop on the Tsawwassan Ferry and head to the booth that is special for cyclists, they only charge an extra $2 to bring your bike on board. Get off the Ferry at Swartz Bay, as a cyclist you are given first-off privileges so you are not stuck in the traffic of the cars.

GALLOPING GOOSE TRAIL

Once off the Ferry, you begin on the Lochside Trail, a 29-kilometre multi-use trail, which connects to the Galloping Goose Trail. This 55-kilometre trail will take you right into Sooke.
